In 2003 Bill distributed a free TaleCatcher eZine that included news and entertainment for readers, writers, and cybersecurity geeks. It was published once a month and every issue had four sections:

 star bullet  News Headlines - Significant events, announcements, and appearances.

 star bullet  Whining and Dining - noteworthy restaurant experiences in the DC area.

Some issues also included Sound Bites - Topical tunes written by Bill in response to events in the news.
